Requirements:

• IN license
• 2 years' experience
• Med/Surg, pre/post neuro surgery, total joint replacements, Trauma Level I, II, III, or IV, IV Start required
• BLS, NIH
• Ortho trauma, & interpretation/management of dysrhythmias preferred
• ACLS preferred
